Large & Bulky Item Shipping
Please allow seven to ten business days for delivery. Packages with one side longer than 105 inches, weight more than 150 pounds, or length, width, and height more than a total of 162 inches must be shipped using this method. If your item(s) are too large or heavy to ship via standard parcel shipping, we’ll deliver them to the nearest main entrance of your home (or as close as possible for gated homes).

- To qualify for free standard shipping, your order must total €45 or more before any taxes, fees or shipping charges are added.
- Free shipping won’t apply if eligible items are canceled, resulting in an order total of less than €45.
- Free shipping applies only to items weighing less than 150 pounds (or 70 pounds for PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses) that meet standard weight or cube requirements.
- Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to a single address.
- Free shipping doesn’t apply to Special Order items. Special Order items display a future-availability date and aren’t available for same-day store pickup.
- Shipping times start once the order has been processed and shipped. For example, a back-ordered item purchased with standard shipping may take one week to process and then one to seven business days to reach your home.
